Personal training at My Health Matters is trauma-informed, Health at Every Size (HAES), weight-inclusive, fat-positive, and anti-diet focused. Our goal is to meet you where you’re at and support you in your unique fitness needs. Our personal trainers also offer virtual training and online fitness plans to accommodate your needs, whether you are local and feel more comfortable working out from the comfort of your home or live far away and want access to our award-winning services.

Intro to Personal Training:
Three 1-on-1 Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer, including:
One 60-minute Functional Movement Assessment to discuss your goals and learn about your current movement patterns.
Two 45-minute customized training sessions based on the key elements identified in your original assessment.
