Personal training at My Health Matters Fitness is trauma-informed, Health at Every Size (HAES), weight-inclusive, fat-positive, and anti-diet focused. Our goal, as trainers, is to help meet you where you are and support you in what you are working towards.

Our personal trainers also offer virtual fitness trainer and online fitness trainer services to accommodate your needs.

HAES Aligned Personal Training

Intro to Personal Training

Three 1-on-1 sessions with a personal trainer including:

  • a 60-minute Functional Movement Assessment to discuss your goals and learn about your current movement patterns with the support of a certified personal trainer.

  • Two 45-minute customized training sessions fully focused on your personal movement goals while incorporating the necessary supports identified in the original assessment.
