Personal Training at My Health Matters Fitness is trauma informed, Health at Every Size, weight inclusive, fat positive, and anti diet focused. Our goal, as trainers, for our clients is to help meet them where they are and support them in what they are looking towards. Whether you are coming back from or nursing an injury, looking to return to movement or have never known where to start, have a history of overdoing it, or have an active eating disorder/disordered eating/in recovery, we are here to support you wherever you are.
