Come join other clients in a group training experience! Many people enjoy the Group Personal Training program because it is a nice mix of large group class partnership, but with an individualized personal training feel. We will cycle between two training profiles each week for a well-rounded strength training experience.

Fat Flex

This is a small group class for fat folx and those in solidarity with them. Fat people are regularly marginalized in fitness/gym settings, but not in this small group! Led by a fat instructor, we will lean into movement practices that increase strength, balance, core, flexibility, range of motion, and overall ease of movement. We will create a profile that meets the goals of each individual and is based on what feels right and what their body can do. The small group format is great for connection and community, so even if you don’t come with a friend you will likely leave with many!

Stretch Education

Alyssa's small group stretching class is a personalized and inclusive experience designed to cater to individuals at all stages of their fitness journey. In these sessions, she guides groups of up to six people through a series of targeted stretches, aiming to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. The classes are crafted to be accessible to all, regardless of experience or fitness level, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment. Alyssa's expert knowledge in body movement, combined with her passion for helping others find joy in physical activity, makes these classes not just beneficial for physical health, but also a space for relaxation and personal growth.
